DADs is a Brooklyn based collective consisting of guitarist Aaron Quinn and percussionist Deric Dickens. Improvising together for close to ten years, the duo performs improvised pieces using space and noise equally to create compositions that tie together their literature and media arts influences. This creates a sonic palette that considers and questions the lineage of the Guitar/Percussion ensemble.
